I can't remember exactly but I think Nettie has gloves or an item on her that opens the door, You can also pass a perception check to find another stone slab wall you can lock pick and escape from.

Its a puzzle that doesn't involve the runes/stuff in the middle. The door can also bug and appear to be closed but you can actually just walk through it.
