Can't scroll down Deck menu

This is probably something very basic I'm missing, but I can't get any of the Options menus to scroll down, so I can't change any of the options that aren't initially displayed. There's not even the arrow thing on the slider to the right to click on to love the menu up, despite it being in the character creator and game itself.

Anyone else have this issue? Or can figure out if I'm just being daft and missing something obvious?

Update: set one of your controls to scroll wheel up/down. (I'm using dpad right now.) Works fine.

Cannot play games with a mouse (touchpad only) but the setting to change the "middle mouse button/scrollwheel" is lower down on the menu so I can't even scroll down to change it. Was it really so much to ask to add a scroll down bar in the menus??
