Oil of Accuracy disappears

I had a party wipe while I had oil of accuracy on my weapons. When I reloaded to before the fight, but after I used the oil, they game didn't keep my oil of accuracy. So the potion is gone. the effect is gone. No way to get it back but make another potion. Shouldn't work this way. Potion should still be effecting my weapons when I reload to an earlier point where I had oil of accuracy effects applied.

iirc they last only for 10 turns, so if you weren't in turn based mode maybe that's why it was gone
