Oh no! The rat with the chipped tooth!
He wanted me to follow him and I lost track of him, does anyone know where he went??

He goes into the storeroom nearby, you'll have to pick the lock on the door, but be sure to sneak first as no one likes you doing it.

The one with the locked door that would view you as trespassing. If you're gonna help the rat, I would recommend some kind of invisibility since this one is pretty tricky... unless you don't mind killing the Tiefling guarding the room.

I just did this quest and didn't have to kill anyone.

I have done it without killing anyone before, but it can be a real pain in the ass to do it that way. At least when I did it back in EA this was really annoying to do. I haven't yet done this quest in the full game though.
