Purchased Digital Deluxe, never received

So I paid the $9.99 and every time I login to the game it says "buy now" and it doesn't recognize that I own the DLC, and yes, my STEAM account is linked to my game account, as such, so far no Digital Deluxe stuff, I have submitted a ticket and zero response, nothing, nada, and nothing fixed yet, so how do we get what we PAID for? I see others got it for free but never got it either, so is the DLC a joke and doesn't exist, meaning is the digital deluxe a hoax?

That's just the launcher. It says that for everyone. The dice you select the skin when rolling there's an option to change it in the bottom left and the other items are in your camp in the traveler chests.

A little research goes the long way instead of just assuming you were screwed because you didn't understand it.

Free for PC users if you had Early Access, ignore the launcher, check the DLC on Steam, I got the free upgrade and the items are in my Camp Chest - you can also skip the launcher by adding --Skip-Launcher into launch options on Steam

Like the above said, it's the same for everyone. The dice can be changed at the small icon at the bottom left when performing a skill check. The additional items will be in a chest next to Shadowheart at your camp

If you are talking about the OST and other out of game stuff you have to go into the game files to manually access them.

Steam folder>Steamapps folder> common folder> Baldur's Gate 3 folder> DigitalDeluxe folder>there is your OST and other goodies. At which point I would recommend copy pasting them to a more convenient location like your desktop or something.

In rare cases, some DLC will not be enabled by default after it downloads. To check this, right-click Baldur's Gate 3 in your Steam library, go to Properties, then to the DLC tab. If you're certain you own the Digial Deluxe Edition (either by buying the game during Early Access or purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition on its own), then it will show up here in this menu

If the Digital Deluxe Edition DLC is visible in that menu, then make sure it's actually enabled (indicated by the checkbox on the left-hand side). If it's not visible in that menu, then hopefully you'll get an answer via your support ticket

Additionally, as others have stated, there aren't any of the typical flashy indicators for the DLC once you're actually in-game, so follow the steps that other replies have provided to access those items/features

Problem for me is that I have the box checked for the DLC in Steam, and the content is still not showing up in game.

Rather than state I need to research, I literally don't have the in game stuff from the DLC, so Ki11sOn3, sorry but nope, no items. The DLC is downloaded it says, but that doesn't mean it is enabled in the game, thanks LoopKat, no items in the game that are part of the set, the in game items do not exist on my in game person. I know how to change the dice skin etc. The issue is with the in game items. the music and character sheet are in the folder on the PC, that's all I got.

The only other suggestion I can think of, since you have some of the stuff outside of the game, is where you're looking. In the chest we mentioned, there should be a bag and a chest (so a chest IN the chest). If they are not and were never there, then there's an issue. If they ARE there, you right-click the chest and/or bag, there should be an option to click that says "open", the items should be inside each of those.
