[SPOILERS BELOW] How do I get rid of the 'bloodless' debuff?
So I let Astarion chomp on my neck, and now I have woke up with this debuff, how do I get rid of it?

You don't, it persists for the day. He gets a +1 bonus. It doesn't have to happen again. You should be fine, it would be nuts to long rest immediately just for a -1 +1 across two party members. If Lesser Restoration doesn't work I don't think anything else will.
