I have a AMD 7900XT graphicscard, this is the first game for me thats having these issues.
I do not know if this is true or not, but someone in another thread posted that HDR doesn't work correctly if you play in Vulkan mode, but does work in DX11 mode. So if you chose Vulkan at the launcher, you may want to try DX11 and see if that fixes it for you.
Same monitor as OP
I use lilium reshade shaders to correct the black levels and tone mapping. The game sliders tend to clip the highlights.
Uh yeah that seemed to be the issue for me. EVERYTHING was really dull and I had to max out brightness to see anything. Switched to dx11 and it is waaaaay better. Thank you! Not sure if that's specifically a card or monitor thing? Using vulkan is definitely crap on my 4070ti and LG something hdr monitor.
