I heard about this, but i don't know when i would have done that
It's because you picked the Dark urge. That origin does come with it's issues. Since you can't always control those urges. People will die. Being Paladin is fine. Being an Oath of the ancient is not fine however if you kill people. It does not matter if it's your urge or not. I would recommend to go Oathbreaker paladin Or Oath of Vengance paladin. Also even if you break your oath you can atone and get it back. Buy paying gold to the oathbreaker knight that comes to your camp. (atleast thats how it worked in EA)
It's probably not the best choice unless you want to be an oathbreaker since it's a voice in your head driving you to murder or something
Well no i did a custom character, a dwarf ... :/
The Dark urge is an origin character that you can customize the race, class and how you look. You probably still picked that. Maybe by accident. Since that scene only happens on the dark urge. I got it myself.
Oh man.... That's right, i did tried all the preset classes and edited the last one which was the drake class, so i was locked with this "haunted" trait which is the dark uge.
:(
HOly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ mate. How are you this oblivious.
Yep. That's why. This said it could be interesting to go on even with that backstory. Just atone your Oath or stick with an oathbreaker.
I mean i felt that scene was supposed to be very impactful. I really liked Alfira in EA and if you play dark urge as a second playthrough where you probably get to spend more time with Alfira then i feel the impact will be even bigger.
Mmmh perhaps going to continue as some kind of dark knight path but still it is at the opposite of the gameplay I intend at first
Yeah i get that. Just remember that just because you are an oathbreaker does not mean you have to be evil.
