I believe that all companions are romance-able regardless of gender. Its one of those video game troupes where everyone is into you to help serve the largest audience. Just consider it a lil tease when one of the boys hit on you.... it doesnt speak to your sexuality or your characters! Im straight as well but it doesnt bother me none!

Seems like the simple solution would be allowing the selection of sexual orientation during character creation, then they could have limited flirting based on that, or maybe reduced it, doesn't really bother me either way, but for some it might have been a nice option.

are you that fragile in your sexuality that a video game character hitting on you to see if you're interested (one which you can very easily say no to) is too much for you to handle?

All you have to do is just say no you're not interested in that and they don't do it again.

I say this as a very straight male with no intention of hooking up with the male NPCs in the game. This is a you problem, not a game problem that needs to be fixed.
