How to check your character's gender?
I created a character but I don't know how to check his gender. I'm also not sure what genitals does he have.

This isn't a joke. A serious question.

Press tab for party inventory, then swap to the character details tab. Scroll down, there should be tags for your gender.

Regarding genitals, unequip your camp clothes and underwear and voila.

In today's games, you check your gender at the door, baby!!

You're not allowed to have a gender in-game anymore thanks to the alphabet-soup people.

You're either a "Body Type 1" or a "Body Type 2".

Zero chance this thread doesn't devolve into an argument about whatever "woke" means or why anyone should care if something is "woke".

I checked this FYI, I see no tags for gender.

Get your eyes checked - there's very much a gender selection option in character creation. Sadly, you seem to have missed it.

Or you can just strip your character at any time using the inventory screen. Along with anyone else for that matter.

Might I point out that I really like how the game gives us the option of hiding armor/helmet, and displaying clothes/underwear instead while still retaining the benefits of the armor they're wearing?

It's not like I'm planning to play the whole game with Shadowheart in her panties or anything.

Yea that's not it at all.

Hmm, no tags? Dang. Then probably gotta find a third-person reference to you in dialogue or something...

Thank you so much!

You wrote that you didn't know how to check HIS gender, so I'd say your character is male, regardless of genitalia.

Yeah I think so. You can get naked and immediately see genitals but for specific pronouns/gender.... I think that is only seen in conversation once you're past the point of character creation.

Problem is that apparently in the Forgotten Realms which is middle age kind of setting, there was alerady transgenre surgery or so. Or maybe it was Mistra's magic.

Which is extremely weird since Body Type refers to fatness/body build, not genitals or "gender identity."

I think the best thing I've seen lately from the Alphabet crowd is how "Body Type 1" and "Body Type 2" is "racist," stereotyping, and bigoted because Body Type "1" is always the male option and Body Type "2" is the female option in video games and they cried about how "females" are not Number "1" because they are seen as "inferior" and whatnot. You will never satisfy them. It's sad but also funny at the same time because they literally admitted there are two genders, male and female.

Haha. Good point. But I'm still not sure about his gender. Really. He've got a male's genitals though.

Thank you everyone!

They knew this was going to be a thing, that's why you have the option to do it.

Larian isn't dumb.
