Temple of Shar

Cannot seem to find a way into the Temple of Shar. I've defeated Grym, forged a weapon, used every spell I could think of. Featherfall, Dimension Door, Fly, nothing seems to work for getting on the platform

You can't get to the temple directly. You must find an elevator which is the starting point of Chapter 2. It's directly inside the city, pretty close from the boat that got you there. I searched for a quite long time before finding my way out of that city, and it was much easier that i thought :)
Don't focus on finding a way to the temple, you can't reach it from where you are. Focus on the quest that leads you to Moonrise Tower.
