If by "much faster" you mean like 50 hours instead of 100.
I know this thread wont be popular on steam where people sit on one game for 500-600 hours but ive got a life to live and other experiences to crush.
If anything D&D5E is more in line with AD&D2E in that regard, where leveling up only mostly gives you some stats and not really choices in builds and most options come from multiclassing.
2 players can play on the same pc you just have to use a controller
also steam workshop is a terrible modding platform
Really don't understand why people are crying about that. We need games with longer play time not some cash grab with 15h campaigns. This is an RPG, and Larian made give it the length.
Personally I am going to play at most twice. Too many other games out there.
I dont play games written like a tumblr chat window.
no i'll just keep talking and youll get over it
Nah im pleased with the game, just seems weird to add so much character variety that 70-80 percent of people wont experience.
The amount of people who spend 200 hours on one video game is miniscule. It's just over-represented on steam forums because nobody here touches grass.
Take other games for instance Remnant 2, the devs didnt even care to optimize the game but instead slapped upscalers on it in hopes that that would do the job, One thing i cant stand are lazy devs that want your money with the "We will fix it as we go" mentality. We finally get a game that runs great, doesnt have any micro transactions, loot boxes, and a battle pass is really a breath of fresh air. Larian earned my respect 100%
dIsco elysium has a bunch of replayability and sits at about 40 hours. It's imho the best game ever made.
playing twice still doesnt account for the like 16 races and 12 classes lol
