You mention discrimination, yet you're using "Neanderthal" as a means to deride others for their viewpoints. I'm unsure how to adequately express the inappropriateness of this action, aside from pointing out that you're applying a derogatory term to a species that became extinct 40,000 to 30,000 years ago and can't advocate for themselves.
