Its turn based with multiple characters you control. Its a birds eye view of a battlefield. You need to see the landscape to plan your attack.

cRPGs are about choice and consequences of those choices. Not graphics and framerates.

Saying this is a bad game because the graphics are crap is like a strategy gamer saying Call of Duty is a sh!t show because the strategy elements can be figured out by a moron with a hang over.

With that in mind BG3 has one of the greatest amounts of choice on how you approach a quest/problem, with mind boggling amounts of option.
