Inventory? Disappearing items?

I keep having an issue where items I've just picked up in inventory disappear. No, they aren't on another character... they are just gone. Additionally, I sent an item from one character to another (via right click on item from inventory), and the item just evaporated. Anyone else experiencing? Just now I removed a head item while at a vendor and it disappeared as well. Anyone else experiencing this?

you sure you lootet into inventory and not to your rest box (restplace )

Yes, nothing at camp loot boxes. Also, wouldn't explain the two specific examples I gave.

The items that are disappearing are wearables for the most part (staves, lockets, head pieces).

I just right clicked to send a scroll from Astarion to my character and it didn't arrive. Immediately checked camp stash, not there.

What's even more messed up is... the item that disappeared was no longer in the inventory of the vendor (Mol, thiefling hideout) when I reloaded???!!!

I had a whole backpack disappear now, and no matter how far I load back, it's not there anymore
the slot in the inventory where it was (first one in top left) is empty, and I can move stuff to that slot
also the backpack's weight is added to the total weight of the character's stuff, so it's there somewhere...
this needs to be fixed ASAP, it's breaking the game for me at the moment

tried restarting the whole game in vulcan and directx, deleting the LevelCache folder, verifying files through steam, starting the game with it's own executable, nothing fixes the problem

Restarting the game has worked for me. But it didn't fix another bug I've had with the artifact Shadowheart had being hardstuck to a backpack.

I had stack of 9 healing potions vanish from Astarion once when I tried to give them to MC, that appeared back after reload once.

I thought I just didn't find em for some reason back then.

This is easily reproducible with my save. Splitting piles makes stuff disappear. I've lost tons of loot because of it, happening frequently.

Sorting show invisible items. Just a icon graphics glitch.

i have stuff vanish when moving it around in the bag sometimes but it reappears if i search for it in the search bar lol

good thing we had such a long EA to spot those quirks right? ;)

I have killed Kagha, and tried to get the broodmother's revevenge amulet from her, and the amulet has vanished. I can't get it. Anybody has the same problema?

I've had a helmet disappear like this and had to reload.
