make an autohotkey that presses it every 5 seconds...

I have a voice command that basically holds down the left alt key until I tell it otherwise. The problem is that a bunch of different actions can cancel it and the key is still technically being held down. Then it becomes a slightly bigger pain in the ass to cancel that and return to loot highlighting.

They need to add this features a toggle badly.

This is awesome, I'm going to give it a shot. Thanks for coming back to your post and updating us.

Does the inclusion of any mod of any kind disabled the ability to get achievements? Have you tested this yourself yet? I know in DOS2, any mod or any enabled "gift bag" option disabled achievements by default..but there was also an option in the game settings for achievements to not be disabled I think. Or maybe that was a secondary mod too, I can't remember.
