Why women look so ugly in this game?
Like, literally, with exception of Shadowheart which is moderate wife material, rest of the main characters and all the female NPCs are ugly as all Hell. What's the matter with that trend? Women CAN be independent and powerful without looking like stumps with eyes.

Well... that is because ONE is a Githyanki (which frankly are ugly) and the other is a Muscular Tiefling who is going for more of a punk aestetic.

Honestly, I don't even think Lae'zel is ugly. She just has a weird alien nose.

I think it's by design. It's harder to make attractive women in character creation, then in say, Diablo 4 for instance.

And yes, I know average women don't look like the characters in the game, but this applies to all media, where we enjoy better looking characters.

I suppose it's supposed to be a sort-of protest to what people want, shaming them, I guess. It's not going to change anything, but it will give modders an incentive to get to work.

Most women are relatively attractive in general, add in grooming, fitness, and general well-being to the mix and they can elevate their appearance
