War Priest info request
I am building a new PC later this month so I am holding off on getting into the game till then, so I can play it for the best experience in terms of performance. In the meantime, I wanted to get some insight on the new subclasses while avoiding as much spoilers as possible.

Is War domain dependent on long rests for its class feature or did Larian change this up in anyway?

I am still undecided on whether or not I want to go Ranger/Rogue and fulfill the rogue roles, or if I want to go Ranger/Cleric and be a frontline damage dealer. All I have decided thus far is that I want Shadowheart in my party. If I go Ranger/Warpriest, Ill be able to leave typical rogue tasks to her, but to me, it really depends on how dependent war priest is going to be on long rests.

As a fellow war priest enthusiast, I second this question.

It seems the War Priest extra attack mechanic is not working. It shows your charges (based on WIS modifier) but there is no button option to use the ability.

Well that is sad to hear, if true.

The extra attack is working, there is just no button for it, you simply attack again and it will remove a charge if one is available. You get 3 warpriest extra attack charges, it does not appear to be based on your wisdom modifier, as I had 3 charges after making a warpriest with 8 wisdom and 3 with 17 wisdom. No idea if you get more later as you level up.

Thank you for this info.
Can you confirm whether or not they only refresh after a long rest, or if you can refresh them with a short rest?
