This is another example of why you should never let the hype delude you. I'm refunding right now after watching some streamers and youtube videos. But I'm glad a lot of people got a quality game in 2023, when BS like Gollum is being released.

It doesn't bother me at all. But the fact that there are more genital options than body types is ridiculous to say the least. You can't even make Gorlock The Destroyer, what a big fatphobic L from the devs.

The reasons I refunded the game are subjective, I'm not saying that the game is bad:
The world and characters don't seem believable to me. The characters look like a bunch of weebs on some cosplay meeting that are trying to roleplay orcs and elves IRL. I don't get it.
The combat is ridiculous. What works for DnD doesn't apply very well to video games in my opinion.

It's not that someone told me that the game is bad, I just didn't like what I saw. I could've played myself but I woudn't be able to refund the game after 2 hours of playing which in this case is just character creation.

I did the same with Elden Ring for example, then bought it and enjoyed it, can't wait for the DLC to do a second playthorugh. Nothing wrong with that. This saves money because you don't have to play and then not be able to get a refund if you didn't like it.

You stopped at character creation? That seems a bit much, but in this day and age I don’t know why you wouldn’t do more research when buying a 60 dollar game on release day. Everyone has to learn the hard way I guess
