How can I remove light from myself with controller?

You mean in the dark? Thats based on how much dark vision you have, if you have none it's darker and you look more like a flashlight as you need to see where your going still lol if you get superior or devils sight you should have less of a cone.

Ah the light spell? Can you long rest to remove it? Normally you can click on something that dispells it but if it's not try Long rest?

I just ended up casting it on another object, because it only works on one thing at the time
