Shadow's heart Artefact went to the wrong character

I went to prison and Shadow heart's "Mysterious Artefact" went to the chest, I grabbed it with the wrong character, and now I can't get rid of it, even if I go to prison again that character does not lose this artefact, I'm worried that it may cause game breaking bugs, any ideas? (already reported it)

story related it supose be your "shield" when u reach certain point

Go to camp.
Dismiss character with artefact.
You'll get the artefact.

Shadowheart can actually comment on the prism going to you at some point in dialogue and she says how it moved of it's own will so she doesn't feel like she can do anything about it. (basically the artefact needs to be on someone in your party so if you don't have shadowheart it sends it to "avatar" or your starting origin charatcer of choice.) I had Shadowheart in my party the whole game and at one point the game forces the artefact into "avatars" inventory for story reasons which is when I got the dialogue from her.

so, now that I'm more advanced in the game I saw that there is 2 issues, as some people comment you are meant to have it, but Larian messed up the cut scenes and the interactions, you 100% get the artefact earlier than you are supposed to, because Shadowheart still thinks she has it, she is extremely jealous about it (hiding it from you on cutscenes and refusing to talk about it when the character asks to see it, even when you can see it anytime because it belongs to you now), later in the game "it comes to you" and she accepts it, so it is just an order issue really
