Best way to build Lich King Arthas? Can eldritch knight work or better to go oathbreaker and multiclass into wizard?

if i multiclass oathbreaker with wizard can iget any necromancy and frost spells? Or limited?
where will my spells be cut off?

will I be able to get high level necromancy and frost spells as eldritch knight?

Maybe just go full wizard necromancer while taking frost evocation spells and use all you feat's to get weapon and armor proficiency for the stuff you want to use
