Where is Shadowheart?
I saved her from the capsule, but at the beginning she is not near the start and is not near the door.
Did they change where she spawns or is it a bug?

i saved her with barb strength she was on the beach near where you crash she looked like one of the dead bodies laying around the beach and not at the door.

She should be very close to your starting location on the beach if you saved her from the capsule if not you may need to start a new game/load an earlier save

This was a reported bug in the EA version, seems a crunch oversight. Otherwise try to save/load and look again at the beach. I had it that Shadowheart randomly gets invisible in the underdark, maybe this bug triggers also here already.

Save/load saved me and brought her back to the beach.
