Twitch Integration not working

I've seen some streams with the funny quest/inventory/character sheet extension working with the release version, but I cannot get it to work on my side when I host, and I'm out of ideas. I've made sure the Twitch Integration option is enabled, made sure it's enabled on Twitch but it keeps saying something like "cannot get game data". I've tried running the game in Vulkan and DirectX, tried using different streaming suites but still no luck.

I've also connected my Larian account to Twitch and received the funny purple clothes so it's not an issue with that either.

I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas? Any secret port forwarding needed for Twitch Extension hooks?

It's so weird because apparently it recognises I started a vote and makes a pop-up on Twitch but the vote doesn't properly work either. If you find the answer can you please reply here? I assume it's a dev side thing though.

Yup looking forward to either a bug fix or any resolution to this issue, I'm currently running the game on Ps5 and with it all linked and the extension running it still just says "The extension has not received any game data yet." Even tried uninstalling and unlinking and reinstalling and relinking. Still no luck. I even tried when streaming the game through a capture card as well as directly streaming through the ps5 twitch streaming option, but no change.
