Man, this sucks. The audio quality in general seems to be so much lower than in Early Access. You can't even change the "speaker configuration" option anymore, the setting is just missing now.
Turn it off and force stereo on the headset and it should fix it. The mixing is not compatible with those virtual mixers.
I had zero problems in early access with the same audio devices. Something Larian did made the audio worse. It's not just the dialogue, the sound quality is just worse. Reminds me of free spotify compared to high quality youtube, it's sounds crappy like too much audio compression.
I had it off too. But I tured it on -> launched the game -> closed the game -> turned it off -> launched the game again -> it worked
Didn't work.
