Instead of blurred edges i get sand-like shadows

Same GPU - I think It obviously needs optimisation.
Ehm I would argue the texture pop-in is almost non existant - at least for me.
Pop-in was an issue in EA ...
It's especially noticeable in closeups, with faces and hair. There's fuzzy, noisy, black spots layered over top of surfaces.
Using DX11, shadows on High, DLSS/FMS is off, and changing other settings doesn't seem to effect it at all.
