Yes more options needed.
I've said this before in another thread but it is sad that games Like Skyrim, Fallout 4 and DA:I have better character customization (at least for facial structure) and they all came out well before BG3 was even a solid concept let alone started development.
...I know I'm joking, but it really feels like I'm not.

I just bought it. I'm still hung up on character creation (and likely past return policy because of the time it took to make a character) because I hate the limited face choices for half the races. This is not off to a good start with me.
