Half orc rogue sneak attack question?

does half orc's savage attacks boost the sneak attack damage of an assassin crit or does it just triple the damage dice of the weapon? thanks :D

I tested it with shortsword +1 surprise sneak attack:
Attack Roll: 20 (Critical!) (1d20) +1 +3 (Profiency) + 4 (Dexterity Modifier) = 28
Damage Roll: 4 (2d6 Piercing) +1 +4 (Dexterity Modifier) +17 (4d6 Piercing) +3 (1d6 Piercing) (Savage Attacks) = 29
