Why do y'all respond to halfbaked bait as if it's your first day online? You're just bumping useless threads and feeding the ego of some sad weirdo when you try to argue with folks who make posts whining about "woke" or some junk like that. They don't care what you have to say in response to their bigotry, you're just helping them lay more eyes on it.

Just report it, ignore it, block them and let them live in their dingy little world all alone crying about women, or gays, or racial stats or whatever.

I am not lacking self awareness. This thread deserves deleting as much as all the other stray screaming. I have no doubt in my mind that the bulk of responses to this thread could only dream of being one hundredth as productive and serious as this one.
I'm just not spreading hate at the same time as derailing, and that's something that really can't be understated. Boiling it down to 'all positions are the same' does no one favors except the hateful.

Yes, it obviously is, but it is not being used in that way here or in the examples I mentioned. The people using it as a hostile pejorative don't care about what its definition is, only that it is a way of tarring people you don't like and shutting down debate.

I suppose they're not derailing, no, but I would disagree with the notion that's they're not' spreading hate'. Lumping anyone with a possibly legitimate criticism in with literal bigots is fairly hateful.
