Flashing black squares on right hand side in some cutscenes

This has been a problem since 2020 when I first tried EA for 10 hours. I assume they just focused their efforts elsewhere and ignored minor visual bugs like that. They are a little annoying but not game-breaking.

I remember i would have issues with vulkan so i switched to 11 and havent had issues

I have the same problem. I'm on Vulkan because the other option will make my Rx 7900 xtx drivers crash... Any solution?

I also ahve a rx 7900xtx and direct 11 also makes my game fully crash non stop, i guess there needs to be an AMD patch for it. I have no problem on vulkan with crashes but i do get the black suqares on some cutsecnes

Seems to be an rx 7900 xtx issue then, I had black boxes in cutscenes until I switched to directX 11. Had one driver crash on D11 though so it's kinda like plague or cholera.

I have 5700XT and no graphic problems. So very spesific case indeed.

I have a 3060 RTX on Vulcan it was happening and yeah the Direct 11 or whatever runs slower

I have the same problem on the Rx6700xt, the game is only working through Dx11

4070ti - with Vulkan I get it, with DX11 I don't. No noticeable quality or performance difference for me besides that.

Same issue with a 7900XTX: double checked if there was any new update on Windows or Adrenaline (alongside a Scannow command) and nothing popped. Probably an AMD issue, nothing new under the sun.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell, now it even crashes with a freeze whenever I try to enter the "options" menu from the main one?

Ditto on a rtx 3080. DX11 has been smooth and buttery.

The problem seems to be vulkan

I have rtx 3090 and switched to DX11 and haven't had these artefacts anymore
