Game hard locked to 60fps?
I have a 144Hz monitor, but no matter the settings fps stay at 60. I tried setting the frame limit 144 as well as disabling it all together. Anyone got the same problem?

turn off vsync? Or did you lock your hz on your actual monitor?

v-sync is already off. My monitor is set to 144Hz.

If you have an AMD card, check if your display has AMD FreeSync Premium turned on in the AMD Adrenalin app. I was hard-locked at 60fps, but disabling this uncapped my refresh rate.

If you have an AMD card select Vulkan instead of DX11 at the launcher. That's what I did and it worked for me.
