Leveling not working
Not sure if I am missing something? I got exp to level but nothing happened. Now I need a lot more exp for next level and still lvl 1. Is there something special needed to level?

Click the yellow up arrow in the upper left corner of your character's portrait.

Click on the "+" symbol on your character portrait. At least that is what it was during ea.

Or click the Level up button that is right under the character name if you have inventory or the character sheets open.

I'm glad I opened this thread, because I didn't know clicking the + on the portrait was a thing. Been doing the "open inventory" then click button so far in my playthrough.
