Wrong Genitals

I created my Female Tiefling with a D variant Penis. But in the game , while in the Camp and checking stuff and changing clothes, I can see taht My character is fully female, no male genitals even tho I picked them

Had this happen too. Non-binary Dragonborn. Selected vulva and everything. 2 hours in and I am swapping armor around and notice.... twig and berries. With the lack of a way to edit the save file, I'll have to recreate my character. Pretty dumb.

i have the same problem except in romance scenes the woman dong only shows up some of the time. seems bugged

Call me old fashioned, but it seems odd that so much attention is paid to things like proper pronouns, skin diseases, and genital options, yet I can't have my orc barbarian look like he could lift more than a paper cup, let alone his giant, oversized head.

happened to me too... idk how to fix this, or how will it go in the smooch scenes...
