Blue outlines on characters

hello, my party has blue lines across all the party members except the leader (white border). How do i get rid of it please?

yes in keybindings there is a line like "characters outlines" or something, i added a keybinding to it and they disabled it in game.

It useful to turn on sometimes when you are trying to find all the enemies in a fight, as they all turn red. But then just turn it off again afterwards with the ~ key and its back to normal.
