Best Skill Class?

I am wanting my main character to be able to pass as many skill checks as possible, the best classes for that seem to be the Lore Bard, the Knowledge Cleric and the Rogue. With the lore bard you get jack of all trades, tons of proficiency and expertise, with knowledge clerics you get the ability to become proficient with ANY skill for ten minutes as well as a form of expertise and lots of proficiency, and rogue of course gets expertise. Do yall think it would be better to pick one of these classes, or multi class 2 or all of them? how would you have it set up?

i would say bard, pretty sure i heard someone on a video say that at a specific lvl they can add half of their strongest modifier on any skill check. pair that with bardic inspiration (i think they can use it on themselfs? never played one) and you should be good to go

i don't know how rouge mulit is set up in this ver but in d and d if you multing in to rouge you don't get the expertise.

if you want to pass any skill check you probably want lore bard. if you want to pass some very hard check, then rouge with experites is better, and since cleirc is easier to come buy and they can buff others it is really just come down to rouge for specialist and lore bard for over all checks.
