Not Recognizing PS4 Controller :(
Am I stupid? Desperately trying to get BG3 to recognize my PS4 controller and it won't. When I switch the Interface option from automatic to controller only I get a pop up to type (why?) and I can see it says "no controller detected" in the background and I have to force quit the app. Any suggestions?

My series x controller worked right away mayby try it with a cable first

Ok solved it. Just need to select a game pad layout on steam overlay, it was set to Keyboard (WASD), and you need to change it to GamePad
