Tutorials dissappearing too fast?

So I don't know much about dnd. Never played a divinity or baldurs gate game. Sorta lost in this game. The moment a bit of direction comes up (tutorial tips)on what certain things mean or do, they dissappear within 3 to 5 seconds. Sometimes multiple pop-up. Like are all the testers extreme speed readers or something? Like I have zero time to digest what is written let alone have enough time to even read them half the time before they dissappear. I'm not a slow reader either. Some times they are even popping up right before a cutscene is about to happen before they suddenly disappear. In these situations they are up for like half a second. Is this a bug? If so how did something so basic get missed? T_T

Yep that is clearly a bug. Some tips stay but some disappear within a second or immediately get replaced by another one.
Also the tutorial so far is extremely lacking, basic things like end turn aren't even explained. Why do I need to hit that button twice? Where can I see how much action points I have left?
Just got a tooltip telling me to disengage first, so I did, but after that I couldn't do anything anymore because I apparently didn't have any points left after only disengaging?

The Journal is where you track quest progress, review conversations, and view tutorials.

Tutorials get added to your Journal.

Read them there.

I'm 5 hours in and there are only a handfull of brief tutorial tips in the Journal. Basic stuff like actions and bonus actions are not explained at all, nor can that be found in the Journal.

As a new player - you need to watch Youtube tutorials or Google guides to understand this. That is why I said the tutorial is extremely lacking.

Also - I got a brief popup tutorial about moving items over traps or something that disappeared within a second and wasn't able to find that one back in the Tutorial section. Tried moving objects but couldn't figure out how so that is also something that I now have to search for in other guides.

Just a workaround: You can turn on ReLive / Shadowplay in your graphics card driver and save a video of e.g. the last minute you've played. That's always useful if a tooltip disappears too fast or you didn't understand the english accent.
And restart BG 3s' tooltip system
