When it is available.. a sense of exhaustion can kick in. Sleep it over and you'll be fine.
If you don't get a grip on your sense of self, you forfeit control over your life.
Herein lies the reason why some people seek to have a fulfilling life from the earliest possible moment, with the least regrets, because they learned it from someone else's regrets or suffering.
And as human beings you can't tackle everything alone.
Be aware why you feel such a way and then reflect on it, reflect on all possibilities until you get tired of reflecting, which at that point you make a commitment to "act" than to think.
You can't help or save everyone though, some people's attitude will be so stubborn that your attempts will do more harm than good.
That's good to hear.
I'll drop some of my own dumb shot-in-the-dark advice here too, hopefully you don't even need it...
Get some sun now and then when you can. Not too much, certainly not unto a burn, but just once in awhile, like ten minutes (or even 5 if you're fair-skinned). I know, skin cancer. But it helps your body generate Vitamin D3, which if you don't have enough, can cause depression.

I don't think you're depressed.
I think you're fine and the world is Fup. You just came to realization when the rest of the population is the equivalent of toddles playing with their feces.
I was once the outcast enjoying computers and rpgs. Now videogames are mainstream and all of them became dull copy/pastas. No fun intended for the player. Just simulacrum of "challenge" for braindead apes.
Not a single game try to provide you fun nowadays.
