digital deluxe items??

i purchased EA awhile ago, i heard we're suppose to get digital deluxe items for free if we did, but i didnt see it download and its asking me to buy it. any suggestions??

I am having the same issue ! I just finished the download, I was to start the game and it's telling me to upgrade to Digital Deluxe edition!
While the game was downloading, I could see it as - You already have this item in your library on steam, but now it's changed...

If you go to the store page for the deluxe, it should say you own it. You can buy it as a gift, hence why it is available for purchase.

I see Digital Deluxe as a DLC, and it's installed, but I don't see anything in the game to actually indicate that. Did they mess something up? Lmao.

I own it. And it also says to "buy" it when i go to the steam page.

But if i go to my library, and click the game, and click DLC on the right. It says "In library" Also if i go to the steam page for the DLC and scroll up alittle, it says in library, even though it says to "buy"

So most likely its the same for you, and you just arent noticing those things.

YUP i see it "In Library" now, definitely tiny letters on my monitor. thanks all lol

^ If you mouse over the DD entry you'll see it's marked as "in Library" if you were an EA owner. Should see it if you look in Properties/DLC R-click menu for BG3. There'll be folders in the install for the extras other than in-game items.

When you're in game, It tells you you can pick up your items in camp chest.
