No sound in game

Starting the game, the logo comes with sound. After that, from the Menu into the gamey there is no in-game sound. Changed audio to mono, nothing happens. Has someone the same problem?

I am having the exact same problem. I tried verifying my files, deleting all early access saves, then verifying again but it did not fix the issue.

The same thing is happening to me. The logo movie has sound, but after that, it is completely mute. The Windows Sound Mixer picks up the logo sound, but then the sound output from the game is gone.

No sound here as well. I do have music sound...nothing else. integrity and volume sliders checked.

I also had some sound issues, very long pauses without sound....then it just comes on , then it goes silent again. Strange indeed. Hope this clears up or the immersion is going to suffer.

Try alt-tabbing to windows... right click on your sound icon on your windows bar..choose öpen volume mixer". Maybe the sound is muted there.

try to change 48 or 44,1 khz in windows options. also 24 bit and 16 bit. type sound in windows search to find the panel. then select your device and use config in the lower right, also disable unused sound devices. Had this with NMS.

Are you connected with hdmi to your tv? Maybe it selects the HDMI instead of your PC Audio and your TV sound is turned down? Happens to me sometimes

I went into GeForce and reinstalled the drivers I had just updated and it fixed the sound issue for me.

Same here, verifying now but driver didnt change anything

Edit: restart+drivers+verify did seem to fix it

I've got all other sounds (I think) in game but no narrator!
