Tav or Origin?

What are you all playing on your first play through? I'm leaning towards playing a dark urge Drow oath breaker paladin

think Tav, but tempted to play as dark urge.

I think I will roll a Tav. More time to consider which origin perspective I want to learn more about. By the time of my first DOS2 playthrough my expectations for what I thought would be my favourite characters entirely flipped, I so would say it is a good approach. I have a feeling the devs have gone even further to compliment this approach for BG3; more stuff that you will never see unless you main that character.

First playthrough will be a custom Tav (Tiefling Multiclass Gloomstalker Ranger/Shadow Monk). Depending on whose story I seemed to enjoy the most, I will play their origin story next in a multiplayer session. Dark Urge may be my 3rd or 4th playthrough depending on if I wanted to play a second origin first.

Doing Dark urge for sure. Even though Swen said it's better for a second playthrough. I will still do what i want personally.

I was gonna pick Astarion, but apparently it's superior to play a Tav on the first pt, so now I shall be doing that.

Gonna play as custom for my 1st playthrough. And as for 'Dark Urge', I don't know if you can still play a goodie and be one. But regardless, I'm leaving THAT Urge for last lol
