Going to try it on my second play though so..

Ehh I will probably decide as I go. I plan to be good in my first play through and don't want to go crazy down that path. I think it is probably okay for even good characters to go a little in that direction though, but it depends on the story and how they frame it.

Yeah I am playing Lloth sworn Drow cleric and the Dark urge taking all evil or bad choices my first playthrough. LOL I just wish we had Scourge of Fangs whip/flail to train up.

My first play through I will resist the Illithid. A second run I might let myself die to it.

The synergy with Dark Urge is undeniable. Getting not just one, but two lines of solid mechanical bonuses for killing annoying/useless companions is awesome. I plan on killing every companion except the three in my immediate party. I will also probably hog all the tadpoles for myself, since as Dark Urge I'll never know when/if companions will betray me. I might force-feed one or two tadpoles to Shadowheart for fun though.
