there is something satisfying about moving your character with a joystick, its much more immersive
i havent played DOS2 in a while, but with mouse and keyboard is more like dragging units in Starcraft/Age of Empires... right? I dont rememebr being able to move my characters like I can in games like Diablo.
this lad sure has a point
I can't speak to how it works in the other games, but in this one you don't move your characters in a direction (as driving), you tell them to go to a destination (pointing).
Maybe the console release will do something to improve on that paradigm, but what I've seen so far is that you'd end up using the controller to point and click.
Also, the controller support will be similar to DOS 2 where you can move around like Diablo. In other words, no "point an click" with the controller. You just move the stick and you go. The interface will be much different than we have seen in early access.
