Do you see it being sold there?
That and Epic demands at least timed exclusivity.
Look at Dead Island 2... could be played by Millions over Millions of People but because of Epic Games Store nobody cares to be real.
This Kills the Hype for Games and so the 12% Cut makes less Money as the 30% cut from Steam.
And honestly, most Epic exclusives end up being garbage anyway. I always see it as a massive red flag when any dev goes Epic exclusive.
Marketing on the biggest game platform.
Front page advertising on release you absolutely bet.
A massive, tested technical solution for distribution of your game.
Easy payment management through Steams payment portal.
Like sure they take a cut but damn what you get for that 30% is literally, saving you money.
Have they ever introduced game ratings, reviews, and forums? or do epic minions still have to go to Steam to get help with their games?
was di2 on it? and tbf i feel like the company didny hype it ether. i didnt know it came out til i saw a yt vid. im like how the ♥♥♥♥ did i miss it? lol
truuuue if even that. or forknife/fall guys lol.
The games cost just as much on EPIC as on Steam.
So the publisher makes a larger profit, thats fine but really not beneficial to the consumer at all.
