I would wait until the game releases, since it is so close. Then buy it and try playing it for 2 hrs. If it can't, get a refund.

You have a HD instead of an SSD so that might be problematic, the graphics card might work if you keep settings reasonable.

The game says it is SSD required that is not an option for me think I could still get away with it?

My Guy you could've cut atleast like 2/3 of that stuff, because it's completely irrelevant.
Should be somewhere about minimum. Should work. Not fantastic, but work.
You will probably have to set some things to medium or low maybe.

Get away with it - yes. Will it hurt initial loading time and loading of cutscenes and textures and stuff like that - absolutely. I recently moved the game to a new SSD and its way way better of an expierence imo.

I have a GTX 1060 and the early access runs fine for me now. It was unplayable though until I upgraded to a SSD and 24 gig of ram a couple of months ago.
