Is it wrong to be Gay in BG3?

I would like to pretend I’m gay in order to have a relationship with Astarion, which is a romance option. I know it can be an offense in real life to portray gay people when you’re not really gay. I saw what happened on twitter last week with Tom Holland. What he did was wrong! I don’t want to offend anyone. In real life I’m an ObjectiveSexual (don’t google that) but through BG3 I would like to explore my options. Larian did not give many options for my own personal deviancy . As a result, i am forced to explore outside of my comfort zone when it comes to the romance options in the game. I just dont want to offend anyone while doing it.

we should not have any shame in what we do. There should be no secrets. You should affirm my personal desires. This what DnD is all about, affirmantion. According to WoTC DnD is a game where i can live out what once was called a mental illness. Its where other people can accept me for who i am., a Safe Space.

I'm cool with that, just wanted to point out that not everyone playing a "roleplaying game" is actually playing a role.

for the record, WoTC has stated, “Making D&D as welcoming and inclusive as possible has moved to the forefront of our priorities over the last six years, this part of our work will never end." This is what im looking for in this game. I dont want to offend people by doing it.

I am going to make a strong, white as snow Human man with a prominent chiseled jawline and 5 'o' clock shadow. This way I can fornicate with my dream girl that I create at character creation. Should go according to plan as long as she consents.
