You're wrong. Futanari is a real word that doesn't just apply art. Also hermpahrodisitm isn't just a medical condition. There are animals that are true hermaphrodites like snails.

Futanari and hermaphrodite is literally the same damn thing just different words for the same thing in practice.

There are differences in meaning between the words intersex and hermaphrodite/futanari I agree.

But futanari (which is someone with both functional genitals) is the same as a functional simultaneous hermaphrodite.

Why confused? I'm being consistent with things rather than just cherry picking. It's the same when I wrote about vitiligo. If you present something in a setting, explain why it exists and add as many as possible of variations. Otherwise it is better to avoid such things. Op is absolutely on the right here since hermaphrodites exist. Larian has resources to add many more things.

You should probably try find a wiki or ask on their forums to see exactly who/what your options are for boning.
Its not everyone you see but there is a pretty large selection.
Their is gay sex though. You have 2 options of paying your criminal fine to this lizard guy...It really doesn't make sense though because the big fear of going to jail is what the other prisoners will do to you but you just give it up to get out of jail.
