Don't Create a Larian Account

When you first start the game the obnoxious Larian Launcher is the first thing to open up and you can't go forward without pressing "Get started" on the account creation screen. They want to make you think you have to create this useless account to play the game, but you can (and should) just click "skip" and check "Don't ask again".

Be sure to also go into option in the launcher and uncheck "send gameplay stats".

These companies want you to pay full price for a game and then try to make more money from you by selling every bit of data on you that they can.

No he's right. It's not an option you can click, you have to type it into the field.

I did already, nearly 3 years ago... Also Larian can collect all the analytics they want from me glad to help them make BG3 a better game.

They don't need your data to make the game "better". They already know you don't leave your mum's basement, there's no other information to glean from you.
