But no, I do not think that is possible. Just buy one really large screen. :)
HOWEVER, if the game doesn't support extended screens (I haven't tried or read into it) you may need a 3rd party program or adjustment to the files to make it work right.
You can use the Nvidia Option "Span displays with Surround" to make 1 Virtual display out of your 2 Monitors.
