Beyond go for like almost anything from Dritz series(the thousand orcs being a personal fav), or like I mean ♥♥♥♥…a lot to pick from when it comes to this realm in DnD:

Very loosely based, fairly terrible and non-canon.

Beyond the above videos, for info somewhat more relevant to BG3, look for summaries of Murder in Baldur's Gate, Descent into Avernus, and the Minsc comics.
This way you'll understand concepts like why people may react badly to your drow/dark elf character, what "the nation of Thay" is if someone mentions that, who the major deities are, etc. Your mileage may vary, but I imagine the more information you take in, the more immersive the whole BG3 experience will be.
Jorphdan has one of the best D&D lore channels I think, especially for breadth of content. If you want to focus on stuff that's relevant to the Forgotten Realms, check out his "Forgotten Realms Explained," "Factions of the Realms," "Pantheons of the Realms," and "D&D Cosmology" playlists.
MrRhexx does really good videos covering D&D lore in general, despite how a lot of the titles fall into typical YouTube algorithm clickbait territory.
AJ Pickett is another very prolific loretuber, and one unique thing about him is that many of his videos are done from the perspective of a character in the world; gives them a more immersive twist. Either way his stuff is very informative. Check out his "Exploring Toril," "Player Character Races," and "Character Classes" as good starters for the Realms and D&D concepts in general.
'Forgotten Realms History' is no longer active, but it has a good variety of videos covering different FR history.
Finally, the official D&D Channel can be a good resource, but it's more focused on archiving official D&D actual play streams from over the years, and stuff related to rules and product releases. The "Lore You Should Know" playlist is something to check out though, and I enjoyed the "Legend of Drizzt" videos just for a nostalgia kick about the most popular character from the Realms.
